WALKABOUT Knee Brace (X Large 16-18" measure 1" above right knee) 3.0 mm neoprene support sleeve

This brace is very well made and the material is of good quality. The ONLY problem with it is that I did not order the correct size. I have made alterations on it, and it is working very well. Had a ordered the correct size in the first place, I'm sure I would have been much happier with it. The material is a very strong neoprene, it is easy to put on, and the dog seems to enjoy having it on. It supports her injured knee very well.I had purchased it to use while waiting for a custom brace to be made. The quality is every bit as good as the one that is many times more expensive. It's a little more generically designed than the custom brace, but that does not keep it from working very well.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another, but would be more attentive to correct measurements.

This is the worst brace I’ve ever come across ! Not only does it not work, But the way it fits makes absolutely no sense what so ever. The strap covers my dogs private area so much that He doesn’t want to use the bathroom while wearing it . There definitely was no thought in this process!

It does not come with the body harness, and the sizing is off it seems.

Got an XL one for my 160 lb mastiff, fits perfect, seems to help a little

Alright, I will not rant against you other reviewers because frankly, I do understand. You love your dog but you don't have the money. I get it. So, you find a less expensive option, and in desperation, you go forward with the purchase. Do you know why this is less expensive? It's because it is not custom fitted. You don't use cast molds, vet fittings, any measurements, etc. You are buying according to basic size charts. OF COURSE IT IS NOT GOING TO FIT PERFECTLY. For women, it's like trying on bras. Unless you try them on, your guess on whether or not it will fit properly is less than 50/50. A 36C might fit one woman perfectly and for another, your stuff will be all over the place. That is why they have professional bra fitters that follow you into those fitting rooms and feel you up so you get the proper size. As for guys, well, I've never been a guy so I can't compare it.Don't blame the maker, blame yourself. You are either taking the easy road, or the inexpensive road and hoping for a miracle. I get it. We love our pets and want to do whatever we can to make them safe, happy and help them live a long life. It's hard to argue with those motives. Just don't rip apart a company because you made those decisions.

False hope and promises!! My dog was 100lbs and there was no way this was gonna support her before or after surgery...very uncomfortable for her....doctors and surgeons alike both agree....not worth the money

The brace works ok but I was hoping that it would hold my dog's leg a little more immobile than it does.

Brace worked out better than expected and my husky perked right up when she realized she could move better. Only thing I would change is the connector strap from back strap to harness. Stretching would cause it to self adjust and come off or maybe mine was just faulty. Either way it was lost first day so looking for a replacement to keep brace in place.

This product won't be useful for me. It sucks that I had to pay an extra 13$ for border fees when I picked up my package. It also sucks that I can't return it (I would have to pay shipping and it's just not worth it).
