absolutely perfect!
These magnetic cabinet door catchers are fantastic! They were super easy to install and work perfectly, keeping doors securely closed. The magnets are strong without being too harsh, and they feel durable. A simple, practical solution that really does the job—highly recommend!

Just the right amount of magnetic strength
Installation was easy. The screw hole area on the magnet mounts gives you plenty of room to adjust the magnet to just the right spot. The magnet strength is just right for my application, which is a towel closet in my hallway. You'll need to install in a way where the magnet does make contact with the metal button, otherwise the magnetic strength won't be strong enough. I installed this on thinner pieces of old wood and I decided to use this product because I was worried that the stronger magnet products would eventually cause the wood to split. It has enough strength to keep the door closed, but takes minimal effort to open my doors. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Product quality is great; I have no complaints about that. The screws are decently long, which means it will hold securely with no worries. Seems like it will last for decades.

Does the job.
These work well to hold my cabinet doors closed, including the one under the sink that has a pull-out trash can (i used two, one on each side of the door). I wasn't sure about the quality of the screws, but they went in ok and I only broke one putting it in.We ended up purchasing them again for an elderly parent's cupboard doors that would not stay shut.

These are excellent, especially for the price
These are excellent, especially for the price. I can't think of anything negative to say- pretty easy to install and adjust and works perfectly. These seem to have an advantage over the older spring-loaded types they replace in that- if you push your door/drawer in the closing direction, the magnet will catch it and completely close it if you push it hard enough, whereas the old type had to physically snap into place by overcoming the load of the spring and latch.

Highly recommend!
Perfect product! I installed on a trailer cabinet door that was opening during travel. The magnet was the perfect strength to keep the door closed while we traveled, but not too strong to make the door difficult to open while we were stationary. Highly recommend!

Not very strong
The magnets are a pain to screw in as the screws are super small and shorts. We have a shoe cabinet that had some loose doors so we were hoping the magnets would help but it doesn’t much to hold the doors shut.

Great replacement for old, broken clip latches
The media could not be loaded. These magnetic door catches really upgraded my Japanese closet wardrobe. The old catches were a type of clip and roller that were broken & unfixable -- and I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. After some searching I found these door catches and I'm really pleased with them! They have a great smooth finish that looks very nice and professional. There were originally two latches on each door and the magnets are strong enough that I only need one of these magnet latches per door now.PRO TIP 1: After mounting the base part of the latch, I used the base's magnet to locate where to drill the pilot hole on the door for the metal disk. (see photo)PRO TIP 2: Add a thin felt adhesive pad to the metal disk to quiet the click sound when closing the door. It reduces the magnetic force a little, but for me it was perfect! These are the same thin felt pads you would add to the bottom of a vase to prevent scratching a table. (see photo)I'm very happy. Highly recommended!
