I was surprised how well this protected my toes from the sneaker when walking long distance. I was concerned about creating a wear sore on my middle toes and these protectors protected against wear and were very comfortable. Comfortable to the point of forgetting to take them off because I forgot they were on!

I bought these to see how best I can help my toenails to stay clean while they grow back, they fit perfectly on my toenails and doesn’t affect me wearing my shoes to work

I was so looking forward to using these, but they are useless. Ripped during my first day's use. They are comfortable, in that you can't really feel them, which I thought was good at first. But not sure how much cushion they really provide as they are very thin.

I'm in the process of losing both big toe nails and am trying to keep them on as long as possible. These toe protectors are super-soft and very stretchy. I can't imagine anyone having a toe too large! They're way longer than my toes, but easy to either turn up at the bottom or just cut off with scissors.They're very comfortable. In fact, I can forget I have them on! And they don't take up much room so you can probably wear them under most shoes. They absolutely protect your nails from getting caught on something, and there may be a little pressure helping to hold the nail down and keep that skin underneath flat. If you've already lost the nail, it would keep the area clean and dry while healing. Note that it could just as easily trap moisture under there, especially if the nail's still on, so the area should be completely dry before applying the tow cap.What I don't think they work well for is protecting from additional damage due to running, shoes that are too tight, or dropping things on them. There's a little padding, but not enough for that. So they're definitely better than nothing, but you still have to work at keeping those toes safe.

I was curious to see if these toe cap protectors actually worked as well as the product page claimed. I'm one of "those" people, the ones who have little toes that have never found something they didn't like to slam into, from table legs to door jambs or anything else a bare toe could manage to hit at ramming speed. After more than 60 years of doing this, the nails are thick and shoes can be very uncomfortable to wear (not that I've ever been fond of wearing shoes or socks).My latest fun was hitting the corner of our fireplace hearth with my right little toe hard enough to almost rip the nail completely off. Ouch! Very, very ouch with quite a bit of bleeding, really colorful loud language, and considerable tears. A few days after I'd done this, I saw these toe protectors and decided to see if they would help keep the bandage in place between changes and let me wear shoes long enough to manage a trip to the grocery store as the pantry was going to be looking a little skimpy before the toe would be healed enough to stand even wearing sneakers long enough to shop.The toe protector worked great (mostly)! It not only cushioned the toe inside my shoe, but also kept the bandage from slipping or getting caught on my sock. The only problem I had was easing it off the first few times as the poor toe was still sore and swollen. It seemed to heal quicker than normal, probably because I didn't keep re-injuring or aggravating it for a change.I plan to order another package or two to keep on hand.

I have hammer toes, and my big toes are large and permanently bent up, so they rub on shoes all the time, which hurts. I have stretched my shoes as much as possible. These toe covers stretch to fit my large toes, and provide good cushioning to protect from rubbing and bumping, it feels so much better. Definitely recommend for big toe protection.

This toe protectors are very soft and squishy. I got these to help protect my toes while I am breaking in new boots and they worked great!
