This is similar to other back braces I have owned in the past, but a bit different. It wraps around you, and then had two "tabs" that you pull to make it tighter. All these are held in place with very good Velcro, easy to put on and easy to take off. There are four braces sewn into the back, they feel like metal, description says steel. There is a bit of give to them but they spring back into place. What makes this product different is the lumbar support. It is just a little triangle or maybe heart shaped piece, also held in place with Velcro. It is not very thick, might have a bit of soft padding between the two layers of fabric. So it does not stretch your back, but just puts a little light pressure in center.I wear a 35 inch pants, and don't have much of a belly, so the medium fit me perfect.It appears to be well made, everything stretches as it should and does feel like you are getting a lot of support from it. I am not sure how much of a difference the lumbar support gives you, but since I have had back pain for years, I am willing to try anything. Even a small improvement is great. The one drawback is that this thing is hot! It is a warm day today, and within 10 minutes my shirt was soaked, and the brace was already damp with sweat. I don't see any washing instruction on this, but based on how much it caused me to sweat, I will be trying to wash it after a few uses.Good product, well made, hope it helps my back (feels good so far).

i spend too much time hunched over my computer and usually end up with a bit of lower back pain. This back brace does seem to help some. It's pretty comfortable, but does take some time to getting used to it. Now i forget that i'm wearing it until i take it off and then i can really feel the difference in my back. The size fits perfectly. i like that the lumbar support pad is velcroed in, so it's removable or you can adjust where it is on the brace. It feels like good quality. The velcro is strong and hold tight. It’s a pretty good back support if you need a little extra support for your lower back. i think because of my posture issues, i might prefer one that also goes over the shoulders. However if you are just looking for support for the lower back, this one should work just fine.

This back support has been working well and providing the needed support for my lower back while standing all day.What I Like:1. It is comfortable - for a back brace. I can wear this one for several hours and forget it is even there.2. The lumbar pad is actually quite helpful.3. The dual Velcro straps stay put, no need to constantly readjust.4. The steel support batons are sewn in place, other brands have sleeves they fit in and can slide out.It is not exactly useful, nor is it as comfortable when you are sitting. I realize this could be more a result of my body type than the product itself.Bottom line: Not a bad option at all for those looking for a decent back brace.

You wrap the large part around and secure it with Velcro, then you take the smaller outer band and tighten it to your liking. This adds so much stability to my waist and lower back area. I have had ongoing issues for almost a year.I wore this the last couple of days and it was a relief to not have every little move be painful. I was able to move around and do my daily activities while the brace helped keep that area fairly immobilized. I am hoping that some of the inflammation will settle down since I am not aggravating it so much.Glad I got it. I followed the size chart and it was perfect.

I am about 110lb and this back support brace fits me perfectly. I have been having nerve pain on my spine and this brace helps hold my back together. It is comfortable enough to wear a few hours (no more than half a day for me).The quality is excellent, I have included a couple in close up photos to hopefully give you an idea of the quality. The little lumbar cushion is removable. I have nothing bad to say about this bracelet but that I am glad I have chosen this.

The straps are adjustable and it’s a very supportive brace. I love it for when I’m standing a long time. The triangular pad feels really good against the lower lumbar. This is quality medical equipment that relieves pain and reminds you to have good posture.

I've had this brace for 3 months. At first all was well. I wear this brace daily, all day long. Recently, the velcro isn't sticking well. It will give way, either immediately or after wearing it for awhile. I've had back problems for a number of years, and usually a good brace will last at least a year. I'm buying a different brace, as this was a waste of my money.

I have back issues and hip joint problems. This is adjustable, supports and is high quality. The materials are soft, flexible and very well made. I'm a picky person for quality and this is hands down 5 stars
