Warning, could be offensive to some.So, I had gone to my GI Dr and was deciding on hemorrhoid surgery. I had bad pain, a feeling of pressure in my anal area, bleeding, constipation, diarrhea and internal hemorrhoids that came out when I went to the bathroom. So, this was my last resort before surgery. Followed directions, with no expectations, and after 2 days I felt much better. After 4 days, there was very little to no bleeding, easier to go to the bathroom, stomach felt smaller with no bloating and my internal hemorrhoids did not protrude, also pain was almost gone.After a week I went down to 2 pills a day then I thought 1 a day would do it but, I had to go back to 2 a day. I am also taking a fruit and greens pill 1-2 a day and I feel much better.I'm no Dr but this really worked for me and looks like I'll be continuing on this as long as it continues to work.Not for sure if it's the pill or not but I am less hungry also, which I think it's because my digestion is better.Hope this helps others decide what to do but this saved me from surgery for now!

I believe this product does help, but doesn't really rid the problem completely. Ive been off work for over two weeks using this product, ointment, fasting, stool softener and consistent bed rest. I finished the bottle and have less pain, but the problem is still present.If they doubled the quantity for this price, itd be amazing, and possibly yield better results.. But regardless, id say a week using this product is better than a week without it.

If you're here, I'm sorry. Hemorroids are no fun, but I can say that after using this product, I found some relief. I can recommend this to anyone who is dealing with this problem, even if you have a severe case...it helped me. Use this is conjunction with drinking plenty of water throughout the day, get enough fiber in your diet, take a stool softener such as colace, and get some lidocaine ointment, and mayinglong ointment. I've tried all the things: sitz bath. Oils. Dr. prescribed Miralax, prebiotic, probiotic, more fiber, more water (although I already drink a lot.)
