As someone who eats rice almost every day, I’m picky about texture and consistency. This rice cooker does a great job — the rice comes out fluffy, evenly cooked, and never dry. I mostly cook jasmine and short-grain rice, and both turn out great. The functions are simple and easy to use. Highly recommend for everyday use.

I've had a top brand name rice cooker for many years. My main complaint is is took too long to cook steamed white rice and recently the rice was well done on top, soggy at the bottom. I thought it was the quality of rice but after buying this rice cooker my semi average quality rice turned to premium restaurant quality rice. It's glistening, great chew and evenly cooked from top to bottom, oh and cooking time has been cut in half. I can't say enough good things about this rice cooker, it literally saved my rice experience.

Good machine but not sure if it’s worth spending all that money in a rice cooker

Overall good, but not nearly s easy to make rice as the Japanese brands... for a pure rice cooker, it under cooked long white rice massively. Not sure if it's a sensor issue or user error. Pressure cooking it's great, but also tends to make everything al dente. Utility appliance, it's great. Rice cooker, it's just ok.

I’ve been using it for over one year. It’s soooo convenient. Sometimes we realize we forgot to cook rice, the super turbo only takes 14 minutes to prepare rice! We change the language to mandarin so that our parents can understand it too. Very easy to clean too! Overall, highly recommend!

I recently bought a new Cuckoo rice cooker, but it arrived with scratches, so I had it replaced. However, the inner pot of the new one feels very thin and fragile, and the bottom gets scratched very easily. It’s only been two months since I got it, and to my surprise, it suddenly stopped working just yesterday. I’m quite frustrated because I can’t return it anymore and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve used Cuckoo rice cookers for many years and have always been satisfied, but this particular model has been very disappointing.🤨

I’m really pleased with this Cuckoo rice cooker. It’s reasonably priced and thoughtfully designed. The pressurized cooking function brings out a richer flavor in the rice, and the well-coated inner bowl makes cleanup a breeze. Although it’s larger than I expected, that was my own oversight—I didn’t double-check the dimensions before buying. Overall, it’s a fantastic cooker if you’re looking for a versatile appliance that delivers consistently delicious rice.
