Q: I got this specific cane sugar syrup because it says it came with a pump but mine didnt. How do i contact them and have them send me my pump?

Try to find the seller ID and contact info. Reach out to them first — then try Amazon?

Mine did as well. They sent me the pump for the 1L bottle. It will not fit this bottle.

Q: Does it say it needs to be refrigerated after opening? All of the simple syrups I have found locally say to refrigerate after opening.

I have purchased this syrup and pump many. A bottle lasts about 2 months in my family. I do not refrigerate it and it has never been a problem. It remains room temperature in my kitchen.

Q: Wondering why i did not get the pump?

Pumps come the the glass bottles not with the plastic ones
