Boots fit as expected. Durable and comfortable so far. Would buy again.

Great service
To start things off they were very warm in the cold and they fit well. During my first use however one of the lace fittings came off but they sent me a brand new pair right away, very happy with the customer service on their end

Do not buy
The boots are way too heavy and also not true to size. I was expecting them to be better but I’ve used them once to snowboard and do not recommend them.

Great boots
These are my first non-Boa boots, so getting used to laces. But super comfortable, look great and look like they will hold up well. 3 days of wear so far, feeling very happy with my purchase. I normally wear a 12.5 and these fit perfect

Good product but strap loosens often
These boots are widely noted for being very comfortable and soft, making them a solid choice for long days on the mountain snowboarding without pressure points or discomfort. Built-in Thermofit heat-moldable liners help conform the fit to your feet, enhancing comfort and reducing hotspots as you ride. A common theme is that the strap can sometimes loosen and require me to tighten it every ride down mountain.
