No it is not. None of the items are attached.

How much sand is in the bag? Is it pkgd well so it doesnt leak out during shipment?

There is not enough sand, in my opinion, I think there should be double the amount of sand. It did not leak or spill out during shipment, and the stuff that comes with it is pretty cute. I bought a bag of sand from the dollar store and was able to use the garden.

I ordered the Natures Mark, Mini Meditation Zen Garden, 7" x 6" Hexagon and the base was plastic, but it's a nicely finished and weighted plastic. It doesn't feel or look cheap. I would imagine this is the same.

Says it comes with a succulent... but don’t see any in photos?

Mine didn't come with one. Only came with items pictured.
