Used it on the coolant pipe (not sure that's the proper term...) between my A/C unit and my house. Work great!
Used it on the coolant pile (not sure that's the proper term...) between my A/C unit and my house. The old one was disintegrating after 16 years of weathering. After I installed this pipe, I wrapped a layer of aluminum foil around it to protect it from the sun and then wrapped it with duct tape to protect it from most moisture. Hopefully I won't need to replace it. For all I know, though, even without that extra coverage, this might have lasted much longer than the original--I don't know if they're the same material or not.

Great for HVAC work
Worked great for replacing weather worn insutation. Perfect fit and the self adhesive tape is an added plus.
