BIHRTC Stainless Steel Sharp Tip Classic Stork Scissors Crane Design Sewing

My mother had a pair of these for sewing work when I was a kid. When I starting doing the same stuff, I wanted a pair. These were the perfect size and design. They snip through thread, etc like a dream. I can get right up against the fabric as needed. They seem sturdy and nicely made. The fact that they are iridescent is great because I won't mistake them for my mom's golden colored ones. Good price too!

A little smaller than expected. But effective. And pretty. My male partner would not be able to fit his fingers inside the handles if he tried. I have smaller fingers so plenty of room for me. At least I know he can't use them for anything they're not meant for. 🤣

Sharp and working well so far

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these. Perhaps just a conveniently small, and cute, pair of scissors that fit in the basket and function about like any pair of shears. I was happily surprised to find that these are very sturdy little things and that they "snip" fantastically well. As in: my embroidery thread no longer has little annoying hard-to-thread tails. They're very much like a hairdresser's super-sharp shears. Plus, the pointy beak works almost as well as a seam ripper, because it can wiggle underneath a stitch. If you make a lot of oops mistakes like I do, this is helpful.... I'd buy another pair in a heartbeat--and will be considering them as little gifties for sewing friends for birthdays or holidays or whatever.

I bought these because they were advertised as sharpe and in fact, they are. It is useful for trimming extra thread when I do embroidery and also good for my yarn. I knew they'd be small but I really wasn't expecting how small, so to avoid hurting your fingers, just don't use for longer periods than needed.

Great delicate scissors for ultra fine beading line. I gave 4 stars for ease of use because occasionally it won’t snip the line unless I pull the line tight over the blade. I’m using a 6lb .015mm Fireline. In comparison, other scissors weren’t cutting at all without “chewing” and fraying the line. Overall a great value for the price. Love the color. Would buy again.

Okay but these are super cute. Sharp and work great for intended use. I got them to snip threads while sewing but use them for yarn as well while crocheting. Basically they're workable which is great, haven't broken even though I'm clumsy and hard on my items, and they're so cute that I've pulled them out just to show them off (to the same three people... Sigh. I miss the world). So it's win.
