Q: How you can guarantee I will receive the processor when is packed in a coin that can be removed and stolen from? had this issue with 12900 on amazon!!

My 13900k came from a seller (scan uk) if i remember right its packed in a box and inside the 13900k. Unfortunately, whether its properly packed or not, if people are curious they will open and may steal your items. To protect yourself pay it with credit card, if your item is damaged/missing/stolen then report to amazon. If amazon do not give you the support you need go through your credit card company

Q: If the base speed is 3ghz, What is the turbo boost clock speed?

I think base is 3.0Ghz and 5.8Ghz Turbo boost.. might want to either give it a good cooler and undervolt it coz this beast guzzles power like a mf.

Q: What is the warranty time period?

I think intel gives 3 years double check on google
