This pillow is so comfortable! I’ve slept better since buying this pillow than I have in years. I wish I’d gotten one sooner. I highly recommend it to anyone having trouble sleeping.

I bought this for my daughter, who lives across the country -- so far, from me. She has chronic back nerve pain. I wanted to do something to help, but living so far away, what can you do? Then I saw this pillow. After reading the reviews I was hesitant, but at least it was worth a shot, right? So I gave it the shot. It was definitely worth it! I held my breath for three days, then I finally asked. I thought maybe she'd had trouble adjusting, like some reviewers had mentioned, but no. She actually had had much better night's sleep from the first night. The only adjustment was when she turned over during the night and had to turn the pillow with her. I'm glad I gave it a try for my 'little' girl.

I purchased this after spending 3 or 4 months waking up with an incredibly sore and stiff neck. I tried different pillows, etc. and even slept on several different beds during this time (hotels, etc). I figured this was an affordable enough college try before I started getting experts involved. I have been sleeping with it for a month now and here are my findings. For reference, I'm a 45 y/o, 6'1" male, weigh 225lbs, and sleep on my side.PROS:- The pain is gone. Immediately (morning 1). Every time I sleep with this, I wake up pain-free. Not exaggerating.- I sleep very, very deeply with this. Been tracking my sleep via an app on my Apple Watch for years, and my average sleep "score" went from 87 to 94. My partner confirms I do not move around practically at all while I sleep now.- It's very comfortable. Took a few days to figure out where/how to move the filling around to get what I wanted, but it's perfect now. I live in a hot & humid climate, and run hot to begin with, so cooling is important, and the cool model does indeed keep me cool.- It is easy to wash and take care of and seems well-constructedCONS:- Not exactly something you are going to travel with regularly- Not ideal for relaxing in bed. I removed my normal pillows (and you might have to as well) and this won't suffice for sitting up in bed comfortably- Still not sure what to do with it when I make the bed (I pull my old pillows out, and hide this in my closet.). I need a better solution. :)- Can be a little awkward to get repositioned or back into bed if you wake up in the middle of the night, especially if you are trying not to wake up someone next to you. You get better at it, but it's still a bit of "flopping" around.- I wish it was just a tad longer (I got the XL cool version). Even when I use the very end for my head, it doesn't quite reach my ankles (again, I'm 6'1"). Another foot of length would be ideal.So, on paper it would appear that there are a lot of "cons" but there is that one key "pro"... The pain is gone. How much inconvenience you are willing to put up with to help with that is going to be the question you have to ask before purchasing this. For me, the tradeoff isn't even a question, as I sleep so much better now (at least when I'm in my own bed).

Soft but shorter than I hoped for

I guess the moral is, never buy anything (even from Amazon!) that's being hyped on TV like this pillow. In the commercials the pillow is long, very plump, firm looking, AND they claim it's "adjustable." In fact the thing is just a flimsy, long-ish pillow shaped like a question mark. The stuffing barely fills out the fabric and that question-mark bow is forever. I've been experimenting with many many pillows as I try to sleep with a rotator cuff shoulder issue, and this one is most disappointing so far. As other reviewers say, it's narrow and thin, soft not firm. I just woke up from my worst night's sleep in months, after trying to substitute this for a big body pillow I was using. Thought this one might be more adjustable, sigh. Maybe it takes getting used to, and I will try......

This is what I was searching for. The shape is super long and works beautifully. Surpassed my expectations,

Sleep sound and helps bad knee pain.

The design is fantastic. My daughter always slept with a body pillow that took up half the bed. This swan pillow takes the place of the body pillow and her bed pillow and does so wonderfully.Our main complaint is that the pillow we received is nowhere near as full as the one shown on TV or even on the website listing. That being the case, it doesn't provide as much support as it should and she still has to use additional pillows underneath for her head. So, good design but a little less quality than we were expecting, especially at over $80. I don't see the pillow lasting very long as it will certainly flatten with time and started out rather flat to begin with. But we will do a little more research I guess and get a better one when it's time for a replacement.
