Great limited journal. Wish is included benchmark WOD's and standard movements.
This is a great little book if you want a simply journal that is a step up from a regular notepad. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I think it could easily be upgraded if they would've included a couple of pages that list the benchmark workouts and standard lifts. That would avoid people having to search through the book for the standard stuff that they are documenting.I purchased this for my sister, who just started crossfit and she loves it. Since it's small and not detailed, I think it wasn't intimidating as a full journal would've been. I personally prefer an app for my records but she seemed to really enjoy this.

Nice little journal
This is a pretty basic journal. I use this when I can't find my WOD Sports Journal - I just transfer the info when I get home. There are better journals out there, but if you just need to quick record a WOD or max it's perfectly fine.And it is nicer than just a spiral bound notebook of paper for sure.

Too small for my needs
I gave it 2 stars because I like the concept of its format. But this journal didn't work for me (I've thrown it away) because the box space to write the date, etc, were sooooo small that I couldn't write comfortably. Some people don't mind writing very small, but that doesn't work for me. But I did like the format.

Basic workout journal
This journal is about 1/4 the price of the previous style "WOD Book" I was using and it's got about 1/4 of the stuff in it. It was nice to have diagrams of the Oly movements, and the Girls & Hero WODs spelled out in the beginning. But all I want presently is a place to write the date of my workout and what I did. That's what this book is. It does include a percentage chart in the back which is useful for the mathematically challenged (like myself). This book is slightly smaller than the previous ones I've used, but it's sufficient. The cover is also rubberized to withstand sweat.

I like how the days are not prewritten
This is exactly what I was looking for! It is compact and has a sweat proof cover. The inside has the strength, wod, and skill. It’s a little small, but fits everything. I like how the days are not prewritten, because I tend to skip Friday’s and Sunday’s. It doesn’t have the girls or benchmarks, but that’s what I love- if I do them I just write them in. Perfect for everyday use. Will be purchasing again.

Frivolous.
Totally not necessary. Just use a blank notebook to keep track of your WODs and PRs.

I don't necessarily like the layout of the pages
I don't necessarily like the layout of the pages, but the fact that it's small, cheap and sweat resistant goes a long way.

Los hay mucho mejores
Anteriormente había tenido el wodbook de Rogue y pensaba que este sería del estilo.. pero nada que ver.. la calidad de los materiales deja mucho que desear.. tapas muy blandas y poco espacio para apuntar a diario.. yo no lo recomiendo

Did what it was made for... Could be a bit better in paper quality, but definitely worth buying.go hard or go home
