Wedderspoon Natural Manuka Honey and Ginger with Echinacea Drops (20 Drops per box)

Tasty, these are predominately honey flavour with a slight back note of the ginger.They remind me of boiled sweets that have been left in the car for a while, the outside is soft and chewy honey and the inside hard and crunchy.Something a bit different when you need some energy - great for taking hiking if you don't like mints!

These are lovely little drops, they last a long time and leave a very nice and silky honey coating in the mouth.These are worth try for certain, I am not sure about how effective the enchincea is but I know it cant do any harm lol.Sometimes it is nice to have something special like this in the car for snacking on during long journeys, ginger and honey are a wonderful combination.So the review... what are they like? they are good... they are really really good, you may want to use them when you have a sore throat but then again you may want to eat them all the time lol.

This Honey is great for when you are on the go !

These are pleasant honey drops. They come in a card container and are individually wrapped so easy to store and take on the move with you. The drops themselves have a soft outer covering and then the inside is hard. There's a pleasant taste of honey and ginger, I have been enjoying these whilst slightly under the weather and the honey and ginger have been soothing on my throat. Obviously the manuka element makes these a pricier option. It is a shame, therefore, that manuka makes up less than a fifth of the ingredients, and there is so much cane sugar. However, as a treat, or a salve if you are feeling under the weather, these are tasty.

I love manuka honey so thought these would be great but the ginger is SO strong and it’s got a gritty texture. Doesn’t help me throat either, I think it actually made it worse. The first one I spat out I didn’t expect the taste or the texture, I tried it again and did eat it but still didn’t like it

Not to be confused with a UK pub chain, these individually wrapped Wedderspoon sweets are delicious, (although they are on the expensive side in my opinion).I love Manuka honey normally so to have this in a hard boiled sweet format is great. It's sadly "only" 16% Manuka, with the rest of the sweetness being provided by rice syrup and sugar cane, but popping a sweet in my mouth, I do think the main taste is of honey and it's very nice indeed.I was worried the ginger aspect would overpower everything, but in actual fact I found that the ginger only surfaces towards the very end of the sweet, where I found there was a slight ginger warming in the back of my throat.Overall then, if you love Manuka honey, then these make for an indulgent honey treat.

You have to like honey, but if you do then these are delicious. They are individually wrapped little square sweets that are a bit like boiled sweets, but you suck them and it’s just like tasting honey. I really like them.

These taste as expected and are essentially honey and ginger hard candy. The ginger isn't too strong but I don't personally like the combination of flavours as it tastes too medicinal for me
