It's got copper faces, but the fit and finish is poor
I'm not sure how the copper inserts are mounted. The one a tried to remove doesn't unscrew. I wanted to remove them so I could mill a chamfer around the edge so they don't round over. They are obviously new, but no what I would call "well done". Since it is a copper hammer, it won't look shiny and new for long, but I was hoping to receive something that was in that state when I received it.The packaging was pretty poor. It's a hammer so it needs no padding, but at least the cardboard could have been closed up around the hammer! I'm wondering how many times it fell out of the open packaging on it's way to me? There was no evidence that the open end had ever been taped shut!
