Got a chance to use my wrist strap today for the first time. I only used the right one. I had surgery on my right hand I had a bone grafting and a pin placed in. Sometimes when the weather changes or I begin to loose weight it starts to bother me after a long lifting routine. Today I can say after a putting it to the test during a long back and bi routine. I purchased these grips to use in my cross fit classes. I'm new to weight lifting and found that some of the lifts would hurt my wrists. These are great! I found them to be long enough for me, I have small wrists, I can make them really really tight for super support or less tight for medium support and so on. I think that they will hold up over time, but haven't had them long enough to know. I would recommend these grips! If you have been looking at all the choices and brands and don't know which way to go these are the ones! look no further.
