This is a really good book for anyone to read that has or, is thinking they should always crack on at any cost. It's well written and presents in an interesting way that also has some quite amazing illustrative true stories along the way. It is excellent at taking the everyday and turning it around so that we can all take the opportunity to think again about just how much our personal endeavours might be costing and whether that cost is worth the potential reward.
