Volkman Seed Featherglow Parakeet 2lb

WOW! I always used to buy Kaytee but I like this food waaaay better. First of all when you open the package it smells soo good! My parakeets went crazy over it. I actually forgot it said featherglow. Well they almost finished this and I was noticing the other day, how vibrant my blue parakeets feathers are. Never has he had them so bright blue. My other parakeet is a light blue color with a yellow head. I noticed her yellow head is bright yellow. Their colors have never looked so good. So I grabbed the bag of food out of the fridge to get the name of what I ordered to order more food. I noticed it said "Featherglow" I hadn't noticed that before. I only ordered it because I heard this name brand is good and because I got more for my money. So I am ordering more of this that's for sure! If you are hesitant, don't hesitate because I think your little fellows will love it as much as mine!

My sweet little bird loves this food. All the other brands I’ve purchased she would just pick and choose what she wanted to eat and left most of the larger seeds, colored pebble things, and junk in the bottom. OR some of the other brands she would just toss what she didn’t want out of the cage completely. This food she eats almost everything in it. Not everything, because she’s a parakeet and I’m assuming if you’re reading this… well then you’ll understand. I’m very happy we found a brand we are both happy with! Oh and her feathers do look brighter!

My 2 Parakeets Baby and Picasso love these seeds. I personally love the smell of the seeds and will continue to order this product.

Seeds smell good and fresh. My keets love the seeds except for the big chunks and sunflower seeds which they can't break and always goes on waste. The good thing about the seed mix is they actually makes feature glow. My light yellow keet looks more brighter yellow. I'm really happy with the ingredient quality of the food except for those big chunks. I put before and after pictures to see the difference on the feathers.

Even fussy birds love this stuff. It looks like real seed and food with none of the neon colored seed-like objects (which inevitably go uneaten) that normally fill out cheaper seed brands.

I think it’s good Bird seed but I’m not sure my Bird loves. Jury is out. Overall he seems to eat to it. It’s expensive

My budgie is crazy for this food. HE hasn't been picky about his food .but this seed he just loves and is at his feeding dish longer and more often.

Parakeets. Next to Dr Harvey’s food, this is mostly seeds, so the keets love it. It’s way less expensive than dr Harvey’s seed mix but I’ll give it to the keets alternately with his mix. Way more white seeds rather than black seeds.
