machine is v sturdy , v stable , cleans so well , less noise . it seems to have a better build quality than Bosch and ifb.we bought 9kg version and its too big. happy with my purchase

I bought machine in May 2023. After some days of using this maching we faced issues in machine so i booked a call at service center of eletrolux on 2nd aug 2023 till date no one manage to come and call me back. Machine has still proble. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The media could not be loaded. Overall, the product is sturdy and of good quality. However, the installation process was not up to par, which is not the fault of Electrolux but rather the third-party they hired. After submitting a complaint, they promised to improve their services. As for the product itself, I am quite satisfied with it, particularly the steam and hygiene options. The wash programs, such as Daily 39 and Quick 15, are also very useful. Additionally, the woolen care technology is a standout feature. All in all, I am happy with the product thus far.

Quality reflects in each aspect of machine.Super silent operations. I did buy the stand from Electrolux only which is superbly built.
