RCI Lot of 2 Bird cage Plastic Feed Cup Seed Water with Divider

I bought this because I wanted a more shallow dish for my parakeets. When feed my parakeets seeds I measure out a certain number of teaspoons so they do not overeat the seeds. This method wouldn't work in a large, deep dish but this dish works great this purpose. I can put pellets (a usually fill it up, so it's all you can eat pellets) or another type of food on the other side and my birds can go back and forth with ease. They can also eat side by side which they enjoy. The dish hooks easily on to the side of the cage, have not had problems in various cages with bars spaced differently. The hooks are small so I would only suggest giving it a little wiggle before you let go to make sure it is actually hooked on there. If you have a bird who is really good at unhooking and spilling food dishes then maybe not this one. No problems with my birds doing this however. Maybe once accidentally.I like that there are two perch areas. The long bar has a nice roundness to it and then the edge of the dish is easy for them to perch on as well. So one bird can sit lower or get up higher and closer to the food depending what is comfortable to them, how high or low the food is in the dish or how large/tall the bird is.Pretty blue color!The main con with this dish is it is a little long so depending on your cage set up may limit the areas it can go compared to whatever else you have in the cage (other perches, toys etc).
