Best co2 diffuser I've used hands down. Perfect for a nano tank (7 gallon cube) since it is so small, but it would also be excellent in a larger tank with higher co2 flow (I'm using 1 bubble every 3 seconds on my bubble counter) just because of it's extremely small diffusion. At a higher bubble rate I get an excellent cloud of finely diffused bubbles. The installation in the photo is temporary-will reroute the hose more aesthetically later, but the bubbles are fine enough that they are easily pushed down into the water colum by the small hob filter on this tank. I'll be using this on my 20gallon too once I've got this tank packed with plant growth. Cant really see any reason to use a larger diffuser. Also the design with the air stone on top (rather than recessed inside a cup like other diffusers) keeps the stone free from debris and detritus. As mentioned by others, this diffuser is plastic and not glass, but I can't see any disadvantage to that practically or aesthetically. Thanks for a great product!

I bought these on the recommendation of a fellow aquascaper. I was reluctant at first since the photo of the product is dark and hard to see the actual glass diffuser. I purchased two of this. I have used the first one in a shrimp tank. Will be using the 2nd one in a few days. Since my first purchase, I have bought 6 more. I have also bought several other brands to test, some a few dollars cheaper and some close to $25 each.All in all, these PM606 performed the best. The bubbles are fine and very uniform in size. I would caution though that these probably will not work good with DIY CO2. It definitely needs high pressure for it to perform at optimum levels. The first two that was purchased still works fine without having to clean so far.Definitely recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Sleek design, small and compact, and I appreciate that it’s not glass. I have only had it in the tank for 2 days now so I hope the CO2 bubbles will continue to get smaller but great value for money and it looks amazing.

This creates the most beautiful tiny bubbles!!It is plastic, so be very gentle with with it. Neither of mine have broken but I've been very delicate with them.This product definitely requires high pressure to work! My 40 gallon air pump was unable to send a single bubble through, but when hooked up to my co2 canisters it works like a charm. That's what I bought it for so I don't mind at all.Not for use as an air stone unless you have a really strong air pump. In fact, these things require so much pressure that they broke my bubble counter! But if you fill/suck water into the diffuser it becomes it's own bubble counter which just saves on extra tubing.I ordered two of these and am not disappointed. Not to mention the fantastic price!

This was a cheap piece of junk. Followed all instructions and even soaked it for 2 days and it was still clogged. This is a cheap China clone of a good product. Do not buy this cheap and faulty trash. Sorry to see wish product on Amazon.

The first one I received did not produce any bubbles at all. Initially, I though something was wrong with my C02 system, but then I saw that the diffuser was completely closed/clogged. This must be a quality control issue because such an item should have never made to the consumer. The replacement amazon sent is working well.

In the picture you can see only a minimum amount of bubble coming out because I just install it, I want to go progressively up. It already produce more with one bubble per second. Also a brass check valve is install on the line. The diffuser fit perfectly inside a under gravel bottom filter tube attach to a powerhead. Because the intake of my reactor is high the micro bubble rise slowly to the intake & almost disappear at the output. Remaining co2 bubbles are so small that they float up and down the fish tank for quite a while. The plastic construction is less fragile than glass. I love it. I will come back after few month of use and anyway buy few more to interchange. Let’s grow some plants.

I have several tanks with various diffusers therefore I do know a little bit of what I'm talking about. It gets tiresome paying $30-$50 dollars for these so I thought to roll the dice with a less expensive one. I can say had it not leaked more co2 from around the base where the plastic meets the diffuser itself I would be writing an entirely different review. The mist is probably the finest Ive ever seen. Its unfortunate it leaks around the base, would have been a real find.
