Easy Quesadilla Cookbook

This was a gift for Christmas.

Enjoyed reading all the great recipes. They are very easy to understand and use everyday ingredients. Can't wait to start using them!

Easy meals

Why get takeout when you can make it fresh at home and know just what's in it. I loved quesadillas when I first tried them at a Mexican restaurant. But now that I can cook them at home with fresh ingredients they are even better. Thank you Chef Maggie Chow this cookbook is fantastic. Thank you and enjoy your meal and enjoy your day.

Only Consider if you like Quesadilla's and only have a frying pan. The Print formatting could have been better - (too much blank space that was unnecessary) but then the author would have had a smaller book (less pages), or had to add more recipes to fill out the extra pages... My personal opinion is that this book should not have been listed with the quesadilla makers, the book is all about making them in a frying pan. and does not have anything to do with the care, feeding, and/or use of a Quesadilla Maker.

I gave this cookbook a five star rating because it absolutely deserves it. The recipes sound easy enough and really sound yummy. I'm glad to have this one in the collection.

Find combinations you would never have thought of along with easy cooking methods to please a crowd.

These are recipies that I personally would never try.. all I wanted was a few basic recipes and how to prepare them. These recipes are way out. I'm sorry I bought this.

Not very impressed. It mentions add 1 packet of fajita seasoning. Nowhere does tell you what it is. Same with adding one of the sauces. I cool book should tell you how to make the seasoning/sauce otherwise, what's the point?

Great recipes. My wife make Quesadillas from this book all the time.

I wasted my money on this book. First there were no photos and the recipes were not great at all... very disappointed
