This is a great purchase for anyone interested in a tonneau cover for their truck. Super easy install!! For the perfectionist, it can be done in 30 minutes. Very good quality for the price. I’m really writing this review to make everyone aware that the customer service these guys offer is amazing! 9/22/17 Update..Would have been 5 stars but..
9/22 after being closed and latched for a week, the cover now latches properly. I am happy with the cover now.The cover came 4 days ahead is schedule. Thats worth 5 stars. Very easy to install. Again, 5 stars. Tip, make sure side rails are up against the back rail before you tighten. The tonneau is tight and looks good. Guess what, 5 stars. The problem is the latch system at the tailgate. I had the Tonneau installed within a half hour but it took me two hours to get the latches to engage. Pulling, tugging, hell, I got my hammer out but realized that may not turn out well and put it back. The passenger side rail was about 3 mm too long and I had to remove the end piece which is a piece of trim to get the latch to overlap and lock. With everything battened down you can't see the trim piece is missing. Other than the 2-hour attempt to lock down the latches it looks really nice. I just am scared to unlock the latches because it may take me another 2 hours to lock the tonneau cover back into place. There is no phone number for help so you're on your own.

Best accessory value yet!!
Exactly what was described and the installation on my 2017 Silverado was under 30 minutes. Install temp was 42°f and the sun was down so I wonder if I might need to snug the fabric on the Velcro rails when the sun gets a chance to relax the fabric? The clamps included with this cover are easy to use double as an alignment tool and they allow for good distribution of the clamping force across the surface of the rail.
