Holds shower door securely
Pivot shower door magnet needed replacing. This slid in the channel easily (minus where the aluminum frame had been pinched). It's true this may not stick too well to a fridge. But bear in mind the door frame should have a magnet also. Door frame hadn't even been installed level but door holds closed just fine.Do a test fit noting the ID groove before actually installing. If reversed holding power will be reduced substantially.

Did the job on framed opening, easy to install, and holds in tight
Ease of installation, no adhesive, works on framed door, and waterproof. My shower door wouldn't stay shut because the magnetic strip was worn out, falling apart.

Saved My shower Door
The little magnetic piece on my shower door got old and broke so the door wouldn’t shut on its own.It fit perfectly - good price - pretty easy to cut/size - the magnetic hold is strong enough to shut my shower door too.Recommend trying out if you have a similar situation. Couldn’t find any store that sold something like this.

Ineffective
Magnet was not strong as reported by others. Installed in correct orientation but would not keep door closed. Destroyed upon removal so ineligible for return. DO NOT BUY!
