Pleasantly Surprised!
This was my first time purchasing a "renewed" Apple product. I couldn't justify spending so much on a brand new iPhone so I thought I'd take a chance on a refurbished one. I admit I was skeptical, but the phone looks and works great! No noticeable scratches or scuffs to the body or screen. Battery health is at 81% which is ok and within the percentage range promised. Everything seems to be functioning normally and I was able to do the data transfer and swap the SIM card easily. I was up and running in minutes! Very happy with my purchase and a great deal for people that don't need the absolute newest model - a huge improvement over my iPhone 8!

iPhone in great condition
Phone came fast and in great condition for refurbished. Had no problem connecting to Verizon and iCloud account. Have the phone for a month now and still works as new.

Decent
I ordered a renewed iPhone 12 in excellent condition and it came in excellent condition (either barely used or always in a case) and with 99% battery life. Set up was easy and the phone was reset. Shipping was within a few days. Would def order again! EDIT: I have readjusted my rating to 4 stars. While the phone originally worked, after about 24 hours the phone suddenly crashed and will not turn back on. This could be through no fault of the seller and could be the iPhone's hardware. During research it seems like it could be an issue with iPhone 12 and the newest iOS. Unfortunately, it will not hard reset or enter recovery mode.
