I prefer food based vitamins because they actually absorb within the body. My Kind Organic is a great vitamin line; however, they don’t make a Selenium vitamin. Selenium is a wonderful vitamin to supplement. It helps the body fight free radicals and it helps cells remain healthy when they multiply. Our body is constantly creating new cells so if you smoke (or used to smoke), drink alcohol (even occasionally) are exposed to pollution, toxins, etc. Selenium is a great supplement to add daily to stay healthy. Highly recommend👍

I began forgetting words. It's doesn't affect my life (yet) but it's worrisome. I did some research. Sounds like selenium could help. Plus it's good for hair and nails.I'm taking it for one month now. I didn't run specific tests. But seems to me I have less problem with memory and focus.I'm buying this brand because of dosage. And natural ingredients. As far as found woman needs about 55 mcg for one day. Man 70 mcg. Price is reasonable too.

I need to supplement with selenium and want a food based product so tried this one and so far so good. I’m taking 2 tablets to get 100 mcg per day, as therapeutic dosages are in upwards of at least that and up past 200.Will do this for a while then reduce to the one pill at 50mcg. Is anyone else doing this?

Not only is quality a major focus in this product, but it really works. I am so thankful to Megafoods for this wonderful product. I’ve been using it for at least 2 years now and it has never let me down.
