It's OK
This toothbrush gets the job done, but it's not my favorite electric toothbrush I've ever used.CONS:I've noticed that this one is significantly louder than previous ones I've used. The toothbrush heads start to rattle like they're loose after using them for a couple of weeks, and no matter how much I try to secure them tightly, the rattling continues, and gets louder and louder over time, which eventually leads me to changing the toothbrush head before it's actually needed. Once replaced, the rattling noise goes away for a couple of weeks. The battery life isn't bad (3-4 weeks, brushing twice daily), but there are no indicators when the battery is getting low; no warning lights/change in power to signify the toothbrush needs charging until it's completely dead, which in my case seems to be in the middle of me brushing. It would be nice to have a some sort of warning system to let you know it needs to be charged prior to it running completely dead.I also wish that the brush heads were smaller. I have smaller teeth, so I don't feel like this toothbrush cleans quite as well as previous ones I've used, but I'm still getting good checkups at the dentist, so that's just probably be me being picky. On the flip side of that, my husband has complained in the past that other electric toothbrush heads are too small for his teeth and likes that these brushes are just a bit bigger. It's possible that smaller heads can be used from a different brand. However, I had some spares left over from the last electric toothbrush I had, and they won't fit on this one.PROS:I do like the wall mount that comes with this set. It's nice having the toothbrush set up off the counter so it's not taking up any additional counter space. It also makes charging easier, so you don't have to lay your toothbrush on the counter for it to charge. The charger can be run under the base of the wall mount so the toothbrush can charge while in its usual spot. The timer works well (4 x 30 second intervals), no complaints there. The toothbrush seems to travel well. The travel cover that comes with the set is much better than what I've had in the past. The ones I've used before have never attached to the toothbrush head very well and come off during travel, but this one stays put and feels secure when attached.Overall, not a bad toothbrush for the price, but I don't know that I would buy it again.

Lasted a year
I had a problem with cavities before I started using it because of the shape of my tooth and once I started using the toothbrush I no longer had the problem. However, I don’t know how long electric toothbrushes are supposed to last but I would assume more than a year. I bought it in Feb 2023 and it’s now July 2024 and it’s completely dead. I charged it when needed and didn’t damage it. It just stopped working one day and randomly glitched like it was going to work again then stopped.
