If you're having any kind of shoe issue, I'd recommend you to buy this product. I bought it for my 4 inch heels that was a bit too loose at the back, the silicone does it's job pretty well, but be aware that the adhesive is wonky and won't stick to most surfaces. I used fevi kwick to stick the pads,I suggest you to do the same . Over all ,a very good product and I'm happy with my purchase

The toe pad has a good adhesive but the back shoe lining adhesive was not strong at all. My heels have a felt lining and it didn't stick to it. And while I was walking, the back shoe lining just stuck to the back of my leg and came off. I found it lying on the floor in a room. The adhesive could have been more strong as it doesn't serve the purpose without it.
