The color is true to the picture (I got the grey one) and it's very soft.

While I haven’t tried out the stain resistance or the wrinkles yet, the sheet seems very soft

Durable
Used these for room darkening. Washed and dried with ease. No wrinkles. Folded them numerous times to get the measurements correctly, and never a wrinkle. Highly recommend. The room is pitch black with a very inexpensive way to have success.

It’s hot.
Kinda thought that “breathable” meant that it would be a cooler (temp) sheet but honestly it’s pretty warm. It would be much better suited for like, colder weather.
