This is a great piece of luggage. I ordered the graphite blue carry-on size and it's worked extremely well for all my trips. I went to Italy and was able to pack everything besides my suit. The full-zip/clip on each compartment ensure you belongings stay put during travel. There is additional storage with the large pockets and two smaller zipper compartments. The large pockets could be for shoes although sneakers may be tough to fit and close with your other belongings. Although it does have an expansion zipper to help create more space. The entire case is lightweight yet durable. The wheels and handle function very well in any direction. It fits in overhead bins without issue. Highly recommend this suitcase for travel. It's great for the weekend trip or the extended stay. However, anything over 4 days you may need to upgrade in size.

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value!UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution.

Found these at a brand name department store, came to Amazon because they didn’t have a color I liked. Love the design of the bag. The fold over full cover (instead of cross straps) holds clothes great & prevent my clothes from shifting and wrinkling in travel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great suitcase, very durable and at a GREAT price!! GET THESE!!!

This is my second Kenneth Cole Reaction purchase, and I'm still a big fan of the quality and durability. My first bag has traveled countless miles and shows minimal wear. Only the handle broke off after (around) 7 years of consistent 70 lbs content.However, their lifetime warranty process could use some improvement. Reaching customer service via phone proved nearly impossible, and initial email inquiries went unanswered for a concerning amount of time. Thankfully, they eventually did respond via email, after a long wait. For future reference, the correct customer service email is [email protected], not the one originally advertised. Despite the warranty hassle, the luggage itself is fantastic. Here's hoping they streamline their customer service to match the quality of their products!... just don't try to call their customer service in the middle of a short trip, and you'd be happy ... :)

Love the rose gold color; wheels so smoothly it’s a pleasure to roll around; light weight, fits everything I need for a week or two; fits well in overhead bins;I’m not a fan of the clamshell style, a question of personal preference, but I’m definitely keeping it!

This set of suitcases was exactly what I was looking for. It rolls around in all directions. They nest inside of each other which is helpful for storage. They are great quality material

For a product that costs around $150 and is backed by a 10-year warranty, this is unacceptable.Customer Service and Warranty Claim:When I reached out to Kenneth Cole to address this issue under the warranty, I was met with a response that was both shocking and disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their product, they directed me to the manufacturer, Heritage.
