Finally, a cord that works
I've tried numerous cords that fit and don't work. This one works perfectly with my headphones.

Horrible. Audio is so low it’s unusable.
The sound quality is terrible. You can’t turn it up or down. There is no game sound and my friends need to yell at me for me to hear them. Really terrible.

Excellent quality
My son broke the original wire that came with his xbox headset. This one is even better than the original. I love that the wire has a protective material around it so the wire does not get exposed. The price was also amazing.

Works good - Does not activate mute indicator on mix amp
I love the braided cable and color combo as it matches my setup. It is also better than the astro for not tangling because its braded. My Only problem with it is the a40 mixamp has a white LED backlight that turns red when muted which this does not activate. The mute button is also not as smooth as the Astro but does mute the mic. I would have given a 5 star if i didnt have a 12yo talkin sh*t in COD after he heard my 3yr old in the background when i thought i was muted and couldnt tell by my mix amp

Great Replacement Piece
Our cats chewed through the aux cord on my partner’s headset, and this braided cord was a great fix, as the fabric over it will protect it from tiny cat chompers. My partner says the audio quality is great and it was compatible with their Astro A40s for way cheaper than a branded replacement.

It works
My cat some how chewed my ps4 astro 10 headset cord over the weekend and I lost sound in one side completely thought it was the headset itself but it was the cord. I bought this one, saw reviews of it being good and some views saying it was bad. So it was like a 50/50 moment to me what I should do. So I got it. And tried it out. And, sure enough, it worked! Plus its nylon which makes it better and less chewable for cats. I'll see how long it lasts and give a updated review.

Excelente calidad
El cable es tipo agujeta y funcionó perfecto con mis astro a40tr, el botón de mute hace menos estática que el cable original y se siente de buena calidad, muy recomendado si buscan un cable de repuesto!
