I'm really confused with how to charge this. There is no place to attach/plug in the small end...only the usb end. Have to use iPad?

To charge the Bonai unit, plug the USB end of the cable into a wall charger (or a mains-powered computer such as a desktop or plugged in laptop), and plug the Lightning end into the small opening on the battery unit. To charge an iPhone or iPad, plug the USB end of the cable into the Bonai battery pack and the Lightning end into the iPad or iPhone. NOTE: the power pack will charge an iPad to around 50% and an iPhone to near 100%. What is convenient about it is that you don't have to tote around two cords, a lightning/USB for charging your iPhone, and a USB/micro-USB cord for charging the power pack. I don't know what is meant by "attach/plug in the small end". Only one end of the Bonai has ports.

Can it charge my iPhone 10?

I do t know about a “10” but it charges 6, 7 and 8 just fine.

This power nank is not charging
