I originally started my journey back to health with Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver with such amazing results, I remember impatiently waiting for each of their new products to come available. The Beef Heart is one of the next products I tried when it came available and my body responded just as happily and with incredible results as with the Beef Liver. I have been taking Ancestral Supplements for over a year and I feel like I am at least 10 years younger, I’m 43 yrs old, with great energy and also a healthy glow in my skin, hair, and eyes. The following is my review for the Liver posted over a year ago, on March 2, 2017…I hope my testimony can help at least one other person but truly hope it can help as many people as possible because I remember feeling hopeless in finding health again not so long ago, in retrospect:“I purchased this grassfed beef liver because I have been suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and also adrenal insufficiency, and tissue thyroid resistance. I have been purchasing several high dollar supplements every month for over a year with a very slow and challenging recovery. I read that beef liver, specifically from grassfed beef, is one of the most nutrient dense foods to eat. Well, I didn't have the nerve to cook up a beef liver and thought I would look into a supplement form. I referred to this product's website after finding it here on Amazon and I also talked directly with the owner regarding some questions I had. Brian, the owner of this company, was so helpful and he answered all of my questions in a way that I felt very confident in making the purchase. I take the recommended dose of 6 capsules every day. After a couple days of taking this I noticed a huge improvement in my overall wellbeing and after a week of taking it I had more energy than I can remember in at least a couple of years. My feelings for the products took an unexpected turn these last few days.To be honest, I recently did not have any reaction to the product, both neither positive nor negative. Nothing to report at all. But then I tried something new. I decided totake the products as an added supplement with my break at my current employer. At first, I didnt know where the idea came from, but I felt I had very little to lose. After all, I have honestly felt or experience no response to the product. In my mind , I just needed more time to acclimate. But on that day, I took my dose of 6 capsules of Grass feed heart with a bottle of water. Within 10 mins or so, I had this rush of energy and calmness unlike I have ever experience. Seriously.Heres my backstory. I work at a very, very physical job. I see alot of workers drinking monster energy drinks like water. Im not doing that. It puts crazy stress on the heart. And for some time now I have learned that the highest concentration of mitochondria are located in the organs, the power houses of the body. So when I took the heart supplement, I just couldn't believe how great I felt. I mean it was hard to believe. I didn't feel like superman, but more like superboy if that makes any sense??? Seriously, as I worked my area, I was confused and perplexed as to why I felt so good and had no type of burn or exhaustion that I usually felt if I bend down too long or move to fast moving a box here and there. So I began to think that I might have had a mild stimulant effect from my electrolyte drink. But thats just it, I didn't have an electrolyte drink on that day. I didn't have any caffeine, no carbohydrate drink of any kind and none of my favorite music was playing so I couldn't blame it on the endorphins either.
