Capsaicin creme
Works as good as the name brand product, but much much less expensive. I use it twice a day, every day for my arthritic elbow and shoulders. On rare occasions when I can't use it for a few days, I can definitely tell a difference, so I know it's really helping.

Just a white cream, no heat, no effect, nothing!
I don’t understand, some reviews say it burns, some say it has strong smell,. and some say it is effective. In my case the cream did absolutely nothing it is just a white cream, no heat no smell and no effect. Waste of money and non returnable. The company should definitely do a quality control in case it is a bad batch.

Amazing customer service
I'm giving them 4 stars because of the amazing customer service! I got this after my bilateral mastectomy, with the recommendation from a nurse.. my skin had a horrible reaction to it. I want to add I've had reactions before to topical, although it's not normal.They gave me a refund after I explained the problem. I have heard from others this is good for pain after mastectomy though.

I feels like A sun Burn But Does Help
this stuff is very hot when you put it on. And where during the day but honestly I believe it helped. I use a different lotion at night because I want my hard to cool down..

Very hot
This worked really well. It does take a little while to kick in and once it does it got really warm. It stays with you a long time. I only used a small amount and was a little taken aback. I think it should have more of a warning. I am not sensitive to creams like this. It was kinda scary for a bit but my neck and shoulders feel looser. I had good results but probably won’t use again.
