4-Pack Brilliance Dew Drop Inkpads, Planetarium

Purchased these from a third party seller on Amazon. These ink pads are amazing. Extremely saturated, so much so that I had to stamp about 3-5 times on my shaky to clean off all traces of the ink because I had accidentally applied so much of it to the stamp assuming that the metallic colors would need it to show . This means you get some amazing imprinting even if you only dab the pad lightly onto the stamp. All in all I thoroughly recommend these ink pads and have even included an image to help other sellers get an idea of the shades as much as technology /photos will let one do so.

I use these inks to gild the edges of tarot decks, other types of oracle decks, and DIY greeting cards i make. Sometimes i use two coats, but one coat seems sufficient. It's a fairly subtle finish but really dresses up a deck of cards. I like the shape because it allows for more angles while gilding the card. It does need a bit to dry and it's possible to smudge until dry.

These work so nice. The color goes on smooth, and for a little it sure goes a long way. Definitely recommend this product.

I like these inks. The silver and platinum are a bit faint. Copper and Gold show up well. They take clear embossing powder well. I love the industrial and steampunk aesthetics and like incorporating metallic inks in my journals.

I was happily surprised at how juicy these ink pads were! I have had bad luck with buying ink pads on Amazon lately and these were perfect! Arrived quickly and packaged properly! Would buy again!

Well. I liked it enough to not send it back, so there's that. This was my first stamp ink purchase. I have some colorbox ink pads I adore, but that company isn't around anymore to purchase more from. the platinum color simply doesn't work. It's dry. I found I was too lazy to return the other three to get this one replaced. The copper kind of . . . blorbs? I have learned to use a lighter hand, so sometimes I get a better print, but it loves to blob. The gold & silver don't show well on cream/tan cardstock. I'm guessing they would show better on black or other dark colors, but my project doesn't need that. I wound up using these anyway, then using metallic gel pens to trace over the (complex) lines in order for it to be visible. I needed color on the stamped image, which is why a dark background wasn't an option. It did hold up to using alcohol markers to color the stamped image. I haven't tried watercolor yet. Generally I'm looking for stamp ink that holds up to both, which is a tall order.

I love the colors in these tear drop ink cases. I will get more!
