Avoid Ridgewater Shower Products – Rechargeable Battery is a Scam
Do not buy this or any Ridgewater shower product. I’ve never been able to successfully recharge one of these so-called “rechargeable” batteries. When I plug in a USB-C cable, absolutely nothing happens. No light, no charge — nothing.I’m clearly not the only customer experiencing this. It feels like a deliberate design flaw to force you into constantly buying new batteries instead of actually recharging them.Scam product, scam company. Stay far away.

Short battery life and inconvenient to change mid-shower when the other battery runs out (which it will).
