It works
A buddy of mine and were talking about stiff backs due to age and arthritis and he said he got this vibrating and heated back wrap and offered to let me try it for a few days. Well Wa La , this thing was magic as it loosened up my tight sore back right away. You can adjust the heat and vibration settings very easily. I bought one for myself the next day. I golf a lot and get back stiffness so I use this prior to going out the course. I highly recommend this.

Use it every day
I thought this thing was overpriced a few years ago when I bought it for $219, but I am so glad I bought it. I wear it every day around the house and I just love the warm feeling whenever I want with no cord attached. The vibration is a little loud and it’s not tight enough on me to actually act as a brace, but I wouldn’t want to go a day without it. It’s like my blanky.. lol.

Works really well, and helpful for inflamation or pain
I have another one of their products for the back, which I use every day, and so helpful, so when my knee started bothering me, I checked out what they had, and purchased this one. The heat is pretty intense, so I usually keep it at a 1, which works for me. Sometimes I'll put it at 2 and then turn down to 1 when it starts getting too hot. The vibrations are nice, and I like that I can move it around to hit other areas. The only down side is it doesn't let you know when it's getting low on battery, like the back one does, so I guess you just need to charge it more often.

Must have for a sore back
I felt like this was an overpriced toy. I ordered it on prime day for the sale knowing there were free returns. I tried it while healthy and was impressed with the heat it gave, but was disappointed in the vibration options. You can choose different patterns, but not intensities. I was going to return it because it didn't seem worth the money.I had a sore back from yard work and put it on and it immediately redeemed itself. I did not return and now between my wife and I, it is used every week. I truly believe using this prevents sore backs from evolving into something worse. If I'm about to start something that i know will put stress on my back, I'll wear it while working and my back never gets sore. It really does keep your muscles loose. I wish it was cheaper or had intensity options for the vibration patterns, but I do feel like this is worth having. I've Lent it to friends who were injured and they bought one after using it.

A Must Have
Tried my sister’s and immediately ordered one for me and one for my mom. I use low heat and a light vibration level and it really helps release the tension of my back muscles.

Another one failed.
I have been a hyperice customer since when they only made compression ice wrap and I have gone through most of their products through the years. The Venoms have been a hit or miss product so far for me. The first gen leg and back failed after 2-3 years with either internal wires breaking or battery/screen failing. I gave up on the leg but was able to re-connected the wires for the back to extend its life for a bit. The 2nd gen back and shoulder have been fine so far after a year or two of use. However, the Venom 2 leg, which I purchased two years ago and have been heavily using, suddenly failed. The vibration feature still works, but it does not heat up anymore. A few weeks ago I first noticed the wrap would over heat (the heating pad, not the battery), then shuts down by itself shortly (orange led flashing when it has been fully charged). I was guessing maybe there is some loose wires again so I unzipped it to see what is going on.The thermostat, which is supposed to be taped onto the heating pad, got loose. And there are two cracks on the heating pad. I did not inspect further but I guess it concludes why it is not working.Don't get me wrong, the Venom 2 line is an amazing product line, when all things are working. I am a heavy user for these products and I have seen thru all the wear and tear. I still believe in the brand and hope they can further improve their design.
