This item was to. Be used as a neutral position on a John deere 4400 compact tractor unfortunately they were the wrong size. But inspecting the item I found they were of good quality and good price compared to the oem part from John Deere the price for the John Deere detent bolt or plunger bolt for the nuteral position was a staggering $27.00 ea. + shipping cost and there are 2 needed to be be replaced. It's mind boggling the price John Deere is asking for a simple detent or plunge bolt. I opted to purchase these Detent bolts for a fraction of the cost of the oem item. Don't hesitate to purchase these if you're in need of a detent bolt for your project.

Couldn't get the part, hundreds of dollars, long delays, these things fixed a detent issue and got the project done in 15 minutes. Strong spring, smooth action, clean threads.

Received a metal table without the correct number of parts to make it work. This item resolved our issue so we didn't have to return the table.
