This a a great gift for a creative 9 year old - in this case my 9 year old granddaughter. She is delighted with the bright colors and loves to fix up her hair and that of her friends.

I accidentally ordered e and customer service was very helpful with my return process.

It's okay. It doesn’t work quite as well as it claims, and it can be a bit tricky to use, but my daughter still enjoyed it. She had fun experimenting with her hair and the beads, so it was still a hit in that sense. It’s a fun activity for kids, but don’t expect it to be as easy or efficient as advertised.

Got this for my daughter. If you read the directions it is easy to learn how to use it. Directions even have pictures and "video how to" which helped my 7 year older under how to use it. Kids will definitely need adult supervision with this but it was a lot of fun for both of us to play with.

This braid machine didn’t work like I hoped. It keeps getting stuck and pulls the hair, which makes it really uncomfortable to use. Kinda disappointed

I was looking for the conair one I had growing up, this is just like it with extras. Takes practice to achieve, but worth it if this is what you are looking for.

Was easy to do and lasted a while in her hair. Loved this.

7 y.o. wants to do things herself so it took her awhile to get the hang of it, but she’s happy now and uses it regularly. The seller needs to provide information on refills in the details. We bought another brand of beads and they seem to work.
