A great tester with lots of functions for the price. Everything seems to be accurate although some times the length comes up wrong. Overall well worth the money

Good quality and so many functions, i love it!!

The display is great on this thing and it is feature packed with the DMM it has built in but it's kind of a pain knowing which setting it's on using the tracer and it's not very clear when tracking the wire at the other end. It has enough other handy meter features to keep it and has all the handy adapters and clips but it's not the most reliable tracer I've ever used.

This is the second meter we have bought, first one stopped working, checked the internal fuse it was OK. Second meter tested voltage and amperage, both way off when compared to out known good Fluke meter. Manufacturing quaility control must very lax on this model. All of the accessories are helpful.

I really want to like this unit; the price and the described functions would be a great combination but the really poor operating manual is a major shortcoming. A few items are intuitive but many are not and the manual is not much help. The illustration on the main display showing what plugs in where is a help. I have figured out many functions by either simply playing with it, some by matching some illustrations in the manual, other functions remain hidden. Case in point: the screen shows "Digi SCAN", but that phrase cannot be found in the manual; instead the manual refers to "Cable Tracing" using the tone receiver / tracing tool. Wanted: Can anyone tell me how to blink a switch port LED? (This tester has never activated a port LED, solid or flashing on multiple switches tested.) Or verify that NCV is indeed 'non-contact voltage (or voltmeter)' and how to operate it? The POE testing will read 00 for seven seconds then blink for one-half second with 48, full analog bars across the top and the pins carrying the power, then repeat. Is there any way to obtain a continuous reading? The ID function with the three ID blocks, works well. I like being able to calibrate the cable length function and the temperature reading (with the included sensor). And what is the purpose of the three 'rotating' arrows on the display? The corner bumpers seem to protect better than you would expect. The internal USB rechargeable battery is convenient and recharges quickly, but the physical connection is not micro-USB, mini-USB nor USB-C; the cable is included but don't lose it. I hope I can learn what I am doing incorrectly, because otherwise I can only conclude the unit is defective and require return. Any support for questions; email or phone?

Alot of useable features for the money, in speeding up the network builtouts.

pros and cons. On the one hand, it is a cheap China product. On the other hand, it is much more accurate than even a Klein device I got from another store. I do like that it shows that the cables are set correctly when you do it right. My other showed that 6 was low and 7 and 8 were not connected at all. Once I did check with this meter, I had done those cables correctly.

Save your money on that flashy, expensive scanner. 99% of the issues I've found were caused by the installer and can be easily found with this tool. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy GOOD cables in the first place...
