The taste was great
I loved this sample, the vanilla was great and didn't over power my smoothie. It also didn't make my smoothie thicker so it was easy to drink!! I only use 2 tablespoons of protein powder in my smoothies so your experience may be different. There was no artificial aftertaste and the sweetness was just right for me.

High quality product
I have tried three flavors of the Trutein Naturals now. Dark chocolate was my last favorite, but was still good. The Vanilla is very good, and the cinnabun is great. I know that some people are deterred because this isn't the cheapest protein out there, but it is the best suited for my needs. I also appreciate that Body Nutrition is a US Veteran owned company, and that Trutein (Not so much the naturals) have some pretty awesome flavors like Lemon Meringue, Eggnog, Mocha, and Shamrock ShakeHaving a blend of whey, casein, and egg white protein is important to me. So many people don't seem to understand why their whey isn't all purpose. If I know I'm going to be gone for a while, I want something that is filling and delivers the immediate protein I need, as well as slower-digesting protein to keep me at my best until my next meal.

Single Serving. Good for Travel
I guess it was fine. It was just a one serving, small package. It tasted good and mixed in fine with my smoothie. I’ll have to try a bigger size to give a more thorough review.

Too Sweet! Errgh
Toooo SWEET! What they are using, since it lists only 1 g sugars, I know not.But it is over-sweet for anyone who has stopped processed foods. For sweetness, is like a hit of Dr. Pepper.That response overwhelms any thoughts about how nutricious it may be.

All the proteins the body needs and one scope with the consistency and ice cream vanilla flavor in shakes without over sweetened the palate.Vanilla goes with every flavor to mix in.

Not bad for a protein blend
This sample pack, that I purchased was ok and mixed well. I wish some of the ingredients in it was different. Not a bad choice for a protein blend if that is what you are seeking. The natural vanilla bean flavor was ok and not the best that I have tried with other brands.
