Brio 520 Series No Line Bottom-Loading Water Cooler with Built-in 2 Stage Water Filter Black

I've been wanting to purchase a water cooler and this cooler doesn't disappoint. ot keeps the cold water very cold and the hot water extremely hot! overall a great unit i would recommend and it's quiet. I barely remember it's in my office. Spring for rhe bottom loader and filters and you'll give yourself peace of mind. Definitely worth the money than buying water bottles. I've cut my purchase of water in a bottle by nearly 200%

I waited a little while before posting a review for 2 reasons. 1. I wanted to be sure that it wasn’t a fluke. 2. I had an issue with it because I’m an idiot that didn’t read the manual. Meanwhile, Amazon had absolutely no clue what to do and gave me the run around for about an hour before I read the manual and figured out what I needed to do.This thing is absolutely amazing. It does in fact come with a bottle. I would recommend if you have a house full of folks that you buy a couple of extra bottles to fill them up and have them on standby.It wasn’t too hard to put together. Don’t forget to flip the switches in the back of the device if you want cold water on.Speaking of the back, if you are like me and live in a place with harsh tap water you need to run the self clean weekly. The self clean last for 90 minutes. So it is smart to do this before you leave for work or at night before bed. You CANNOT drink the water while the self clean is going and you do not need to do anything at all after the self clean is complete.We have no issues with leaks.It makes cold water really fast.Monthly you want to do a full clean out using the citrus crystals.****Be careful when draining. The water will be SCORCHING HOT!!!!****I think that about covers it with this thing. Good luck and I hope this helps. Enjoy!

It chills the water but not by much. I suspect each unit is hit or miss on how cold they get. There's no chilling adjustment.Hot is good enough for tea.

It is really worthy to buy no regret to spend money in water dispenser.

The double filter system and selfcleanig.

It has a “night light”. Why? To find the dispenser? Brilliant! It useless for lighting dispensing cold n hot filling station of Brio 520(most expensive). Room temp happens to be under the light. The cheapest water dispenser from Sparkletts lights the inside what it’s filling.Not Brio! Even in daylight it’s tough to see when you’re bottle is filled up!Am I missing something? User error?If it wasn’t such a pain to return, I would.

I’m sending back.. it doesn’t produce cold water, only hot despite trouble shooting. Will be returning this week

Great price and quality. Exactly what we need so the wife would stop buying so many cases of water bottles every week. Definitely recommend this product.
