The glide action is very smooth. Getting the bar straight is something of a challenge and using hot water to achieve this is a must. But once it's up-and-running, I can't imagine another product like this working any better.

It was a pain to try and straighten but l didn't follow the instructions to submerge in boiling water just left infront of the fire for a couple of hrs then straightened and put weights on its so a bit wavey when up, an absolutely complete unit even tape and pins to put on ceiling as well as screws rawplugs and everything you need to install, lots of fixers to ceiling and plenty of curtain hooks and fixers to rail, works really good my old rail the clips kept coming off as it went round the corner in my bay but these are fixed to rail so now no problems, great product.

Perfect for what we needed

The track still has kinks in it even after being installed in a warm room. It just looks awful. I cut the track to fit 2 windows. The smaller one fell off the ceiling as soon as I drew the curtains. The track looks cheap and ugly. I will have to buy another brand to get the look I want

Before I even opened the pack I tried the cheap brackets out. Utter rubbish, these will not even lock onto the rail.Sadly too late to return this so it will go in the bin. Best place for it, avoid this product.

Absolute waste of time.It clicks in metal side, but does not click in plastic side slot, just rests against plastic.As soon as you touch it, it springs off.How the hell does this rubbish get to market.Pfft!
