Nice Flavor
I prefer this to standard paprika as it is slightly sharper in flavor from standard paprika. Another excellent spice from The Spice Hunter.

My daughter wanted her fave dinner for her 13th bday (chipotle bowl w/ carnitas) all the copycat recipes said juniper berries gave carnitas that tastes just like chipotles and they were right.

Wonderful spices
Juniper berries are hard to find and so I was delighted when I located these on Amazon. I use them for our Christmas dinner of braised goose breasts. These arrived in good order and when I opened the jar the berries were very fragrant, so fresh not an old out of date batch. Dinner was delicious

Arrived early and undamaged. Exactly what I wanted. Haven't used it yet, but Spice Hunter products generally are high quality, and I expect the bay leaves will be too
