IF you have some horizontal space, that is not in use, and you like ice, this is a great machine. You do need to refill it manually, and I recommend using filtered water. The machine is hard to clean, but makes ice well and quickly. The ice tastes like the water you put into it. If it is really hard water, then it will make your machine gum up faster... there was no added metalic taste to the water from using this machine.This is a bit loud, but does the job nicely. I will say that you need to make sure and leave room next to the fan, so that it can cool the motor and doesn't ruin it from heat.Good machine.

My icemaker was not working, and this was very convenient and fast. Can't do without it.

We live in a rental and there is not a bunch of space to put ice trays in the freezer here. My Mom drinks ice sweet tea from sun up to sun down. Where I previously lived, I had purchased an used ice machine at Goodwill. Approximately a little over a year later, it died. This is the replacement and it works well. My Mom has some medical issues that cause memory issues. The only problem we have had is her turning off at night before bed, which definitely is not the machine’s issue.

My husband and I love this product we don't have an ice Maker in our refrigerator and this makes the perfect size ice to take with this anywhere. Easy to clean makes this wife happy. At first my husband wasn't a fan because it took up cabinet space that he's beginning to use it more than me.

I’m really upset I purchased this July 2023 and January of 2024 it stopped making ice altogether. I’ve done the troubleshooting the website listed. What a waste of money and I can’t return it.

I bought this because I don't have an ice maker on my refrigerator and I don't like filling cube trays. This works great. It is easy to use, produces ice quickly and the machine is pretty quiet. It takes up some counter space but having this allows me to make ice on demand, as much as I need and when I need it.
