Very good product. Take 15 minutes before you eat to help lower your sugar if you are a diabetic works very well .

It’s only been a couple of weeks so is too soon to know its effects or lack thereof. I can say that my glucose count was down by 2 points. Not sure if it’s the effects if this product or my actually reducing my refined sugar intake.

Suggested use is 2 tablets daily.The box states the the tablets are free of: stearates, dioxides, sulfites, chemical preservatives, gluten, wheat, milk/dairy, nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, yeast, sugar, and lactose artifical additive. It also features the following stamps: USDA Organic, 100% natural, lab verified/tested, good manufacturing practice (GMP), gluten free, and halal India. There is also a batch number, manufacturing date, and an expiry date, along with the manufacturer's name and address in India. Finally, it has the United States importer's name, address, email address and website.The bottle is made of brown plastic, was sealed and repeats all of the information you see on the box. The tablets are brown in color, have no real distinct smell, and have no taste unless you let them sit in your mouth for awhile and they start to dissolve. In which case, the taste is not that pleasant. Although the tablets are long, (see the pictures), they are thin. The texture is rough. Although I had no problem swallowing them, please note, I can swallow a handful of pills at one time. However, my mother has issue swallowing tablets that are rough in texture and felt these would be a problem for her to swallow. So keep that in mind if you have issues with such things.I ordered the Brieofood Organic Jamun Seed 1500mg, 45 Servings, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, 90 Vegetarian Tablets because of their published benefits.
