Just got it a couple days ago, not to bad it works nice and I like the way it makes my phone look. I have dropped it once and it still works. I do notice that the charge doesn't seem to be as big as 5500 but it does last me the whole work day so it does what it's supposed to do. I do like to play games on it a lot so many batteries do not hold to my expectations but it's useful. I would recommend. You do you need to buy a screen protector. When I dropped it my screen protector did break but it protected my screen.

This battery was really awesome - It was super nice to have a rock solid day of super heavy use on my phone at max brightness and such. The phone goes in and out of the case relatively easily. I used it for several trips where I needed it, and it was perfect.I would give this 5 stars, but 6 months in, and now it no longer holds a charge. The symptom is that it will start charging my phone for 30 seconds or so, and then turn itself off. So, it's worthless now, but still served me well for a while.I'll be buying another now, but from a different brand.

Perfect case. Fits the phone perfectly. Well thought out design; not only a great option for additional battery storage but also adds an "anti slip" texture to keep from dropping your phone. Very easy access to your Note 8s S Pen. The ability to sync your phone with a cable without having to remove your phone from the case is also a big plus. Buy it you won't be disappointed!.

Great battery case, I like the quality feel to this case. It has an on and off button, and led indicator for how much battery is left in it. This case works like a charm, I only use this when I go out for long day/trips where I won't have much/any time to charge my phone via outlets.

It's easy, just press button and it fully charges. Takes a while , but it's reasonable. EXACTLY what I needed. I let phone go down all the way to 3% & it fully charged.

There's no exact method on how to determine whether your charge is full or not or what level your charge is it either flashes when it's charging as of right now I've had it on the charger for about 5 hours still flashing and it's not full yet I've only used it about 2 times since I purchased it as this is just a backup emergency battery I use when I travel or for vacation when I'm taking a lot of pictures very disappointed for the money I paid

Awesome case but not for protection

I bought this battery case just before I bought my Note 8 back in February. It's still working very well. I am very pleased with it.
