GARMONT mens Combat Boots

Do not regret buying this pair of boots. They’re comfortable and don’t have a break in period. I’ve had them for 4 months now and I’ve been in the field for 1 of those months. No damage or excessive wear from being in the field.

I’ve been wearing a pair of these since 2007. 19 years later I finally had to buy a second pair. The first pair survived my grunt adventures in Iraq, job sites and more years after. These boots are the GOAT. I’ve been out since 2009, so no clue on current AR 670-1 regs, but if they’re approved. Buy them if you actually spend time in the field, or stay active when wearing them.

I was worried about buying a boot I had never tried on, I ordered the 9.5W and they are true to size for me. Break in wasn't bad, they are comfortable and light. Update almost a year later. They are starting to get a hole worn in them on the inside of the left toe box area. I will follow up with what Amazon and Garmont says. Unfortunately I was outside of the warranty window of 1 year. However I still wear them when I am not in uniform and need boots. They held up great on a 9 mile hike around glacier national park in Montana.

Boots are well made, double stitching, big beefy pull straps and just a great heft to them. Not heavy, but these just feel well made. Put them on, laced them up and they felt like boots that had been broken in for six months. Very comfortable, precisely to size (12W) and ready to work. AND...the price was right! Very happy thus far.

Fit as expected. It has been a durable and comfortable pair of boots. Price is great compared to local businesses. I give three stars because the laces and eyelets are a big miss for me. The laces are too fat and the eyelets with the ball bearing are superfluous. It causes the boot to be difficult to get on and off. I replaced with thin laces and skipped the extra eyelets and they are now much easier to don and doff. However, I now have these big eyelets sticking out the side of the boots. Not a deal-breaker but it’s annoying. The boots do the job and look great.

My go to boots, all day and everyday for years now. just make sure to order the wide version and one size up as these are narrow boots. You will have heel blisters so make sure to add a rubber or silicon sheet backing.

Fits like a glove nice and light but with support at the same time , most expensive boots ive ever bought but i walk a lot of miles and these are more comfortabel than my worn in boots already .

The Garmont T8 Bifida Tactical Military Boots in Coyote Brown is very well made in every way. I could tell that there was a lot of attention to detail applied on these boots. Everything about it is top quality. The only reason I returned it is because I still found their size US12 Wide slightly a bit tight on my feet. The boots are True to Size. How I wish Garmont made an Extra Wide version for this one. Also, the seller sent the item on time as well as returned my payment on time. Overall I'm giving this one: 5 stars!
