Wrong softbox arms
The light functions great, but the arms that came with the light are two of the same side, so the softbox doesn't work as it should.

is it really new?
not very happy. I bought 2 units,and one has a faulty button. Thanfully the remote works. Also, the item is listed as new, but the package was not sealed, and the bubble wrap, yes the bubble wrap was brust. Meaning someone had them long enough to burst the bubble wrap. so I'm not to happy
